    We were very excited to try this restaurant as they had received amazing reviews. But our experience was nothing but sub par and poor. We arrived for a 5pm reservation which is when the restaurant opens so they were not very busy. When we arrived we were not given the option to check our coats in but the two other parties that arrived their coats were taken. My husband order a steak for medium rare. When he got the steak it was cooked rare and almost raw. When he brought it to the waiter’s attention the waiter agreed but never apologized. He replied with “ we will throw it back in the grill” which is not what we expected with a high end restaurant. They returned his dish but the steak was still cooked to rare. We brought it to attention to our waiter who again never apologized and brought over the lady manager to speak to us. She also never apologized and also made us feel stupid for stating the steak wasn’t cooked adequately but did offer and opportunity to get something else on the menu. Which wasn’t an option as they only had a two hour dine in limit and we were about and hour and 15 min in.. as well as I was almost done my meal and my husband would have had to eat his meal while I sat and waited. My husband politely rejected to order another meal. At this point we were done with their poor service and didn’t have faith the next dish was going to come out good. The manager did take the meal off our bill but again no apology or never said we will take the comp the meal. To be honest we would have been happy with an apology and would have been willing to give the restaurant a second try but due to the lack of customer service we will not return to the restaurant.

    Servers with no experience, at a 5 stars extremely expensive location, should be a NO from beginning. Half way into dinner, they forget about what we order for main course, had to wait 45 extra minutes. And on the end they have the audacity to ask for high tips. Unforgettable experience, but not in a good way.

    We went for our daughter’s 18th birthday and had a fabulous time. The service was impeccable from the hostess, to the server to the bus boys. The food was perfect and the timing of everything was so well paced. We never felt rushed nor did we feel like anything took long. It really was perfect. Had not been in many years but will definitely make this our go to place again. Thank you to everyone who made the night so great!

    Knowledgeable, friendly, hospitable service. Aiming for perfection. My wife loved the Kale and Brussels salad. Her filet mignon was slightly overdone; our waiter immediately took it back and replaced it with a perfectly prepared one. My Greek salad was different from the usual "Greek salad" with plenty of juicy tomatoes and a good serving of delicious Feta cheese. My rib eye steak was prepared to perfection. excellent piece of tender and tasty meat. side vegetables were perfect, crisp and deep colours. Loved the little Roquito peppers; they added nice red colours and taste. Most enjoyable dinner date with my wife. One issue: if you select % tip, their bank machine applies it to the HST portion as well. Not nice.

    Terrible when you show up to a valentines menu the day after valentines with menu items increased in price and regular menu items not offered. Disappointing….we left.

    I believe they need to change their hoods ! The bad smell of barbecue is very noticeable during busy times.

    As always my wife and I enjoyed dining at your restaurant on Valantine's day. Once again the service was excellent and our dinner was amazing. Looking forward to seeing you again.soon.

    Our server John was outstanding! Food was great! Nice ambiance. Would have appreciated having coats checked and help seating at the table ie chair being held,etc
