The Den

The Den at Azabu Miami Beach, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi located inside Stanton Hotel. The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi, 18 seat counter seating, omakase sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic Edomae sushi experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. Signature omakase menus is $300 (plus tax and gratuity) per guest 22-23 courses omakase (including 12 piece sushi). No a la carte options. The Den has set seating times (open Tuesday-Saturday). All guest must consume raw fish. Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. All reservation must be prepaid with 24-hour cancellation policy.
