We start with free range, all-natural Amish chicken. It’s brined, dredged, then dropped into custom-built fryers. It's got a little kick and is served with our house-made hot honey. But we don't stop there - Southern-style sides grace our menu, craft beer flows through our taps, and Blues music pumps through our speakers. At The Eagle, it's all about flying right, eating bird, and curing the Blues.

The fried chicken and the sides we had were all delicious! Loved the sweet potatoes and the biscuits. Chicken was so juicy!

This was my third time here and typically it’s A+ but today it was dead and they still sat us in a shared booth with another couple even though 80% of the other tables were empty. It was really odd. I should have said something but I was thrown and then didn’t want to make the other couple feel bad. Felt like we were crashing their date!

I live fried chicken, but I don't get it often. I had the crispy fried chicken sandwich and my daughter had Mac and cheese. We split the fries. She loved her Mac and cheese and my sandwich was delicious. Coating was crispy and didn't hurt your mouth biting into it. The fries had an herb seasoning and I finished them they were so go9d. I can't wait to go back and try the horseradish mashed potatoes! A shout out to Megan. She knew her stuff and was so happy and friendly.

We always enjoy our time at the Eagle! Our server was really cool and attentive even though he also had another large party he was serving!
