    Excellent Brunch for 6. The Food, service and ambience all perfect. Enjoyed chatting with Chef about the history of Baltimore in general. We will be back for dinner. This is a hidden gem you should not miss when close to BWI Airport for sure.

    I've been to a few brunch places before, but never somewhere that when you ask for a to-go box, they take your food to be boxed back in the back. Which might be a weird thought to some. However, I've had the waiter box it in front of me and I felt somewhat embarrassed or ashamed of having someone else do a simple task that I could've done myself right in front of me. I appreciate them boxing it for me, but especially that they took the plates to go box in the back. Seemed like such a weird detail but it took alot of unnecessary anxiety off me. On to the food! We ordered the lattes and potato biscuits with creme fraische ontop!! That's not what they're called but I forget. Super amazing and a good portion size! We ordered the prosciutto toast and the stuffed French toast! Absolutely phenomenal! It was so much food! Hence the to-go box! We got it with the bacon, potatoes, eggs, and fresh greens. Ugh! So good! They even offered between crispy bacon or chewy!? It's like they know what they're doing here! Service was also amazing! Everyone greeted us and was extremely polite, funny, and knowledgeable on the food when we asked any sort of question. It was mine and my husband's anniversary and everyone congratulated us and even offered champagne or sparkling cider! It was truly the best brunch experience I've had in a long time! Thank you to the kitchen staff and the service staff for making our day special!!

    WONDERFUL! So much attention is paid on menu... creative dishes, but not overwhelming... delicious. Excellent wait staff... Dawson is incredibly personable and very attentive, bit not on an annoying way.

    Service was excellent, food was incredible! Beth greeted us warmly at the door and Camille and Isaiah took great care of us during our stay. We didn’t order cocktails today but bartender Jason came by to say hi and make sure we had a great time. We both had The Sammy, a wonderful english muffin breakfast sandwich with both bacon and homemade sausage and an egg fried just how I like. I specifically brought my guest here because he loves grits - Chef Dan’s are to die for. The stuffed french toast was absolutely decadent, and definitely contributed to my post-brunch coma. Overall a fantastic experience. We’ll be back soon to try the winter menu!

    We visited due to my wife receiving a retirement gift (a gift card) from co-workers a few month ago. We should have visited earlier. What a great experience. Great patrons who greeted us along with the excellent staff members, including the owners & chef. Delicious food during their Sunday brunch. We will be coming back again, hopefully soon.

    The menu was well comprised. The food was not hot when it reached our table. The food was not seasoned with salt either. We expected more for the price.

We have alerted our serving team regarding food that your food wasn't served hot since it came up covered on heated plates from the kitchen. We generally do not use a lot of salt so that the ingredients can speak for themselves, but certainly can get out the salt shaker when our guests need a little extra punch. Our whole team strives for value when all the elements come together. Glad you found our historic venue charming and romantic! Cheers!

    We have gone to Elkridge Furnace Inn for many dinners and occasions over the years. We went for NYE and while the food was ok, I would say honestly that we've had better dinners there on non holiday nights. I think the kitchen gets too swamped and the food quality is not as good, plus the holiday menus are sometimes more limited or safer for a wide variety of diners. One thing we have liked in the past about elkridge is that often you get unique things on the menu: game meats, wild boar, venison, lamb, duck, etc. While there was some on the menu (the elk pasta was good), there is sometimes less of that on the holiday menus. There is no kids menu which made it difficult for my 7 year old niece, who is a picky eater. My sister requested we do something else next year. My niece didn't like the Caesar salad or the pork chop. The Caesar salad was beautifully presented, but lost on my niece who was dismayed by the look and wanted pieces of chopped up romaine like the salad she is used to rather than a huge leaf of romaine. My short rib was excellent, the charcuterie appetizer was ok. My mom didn't care for her chestnut soup, but her break entree was good. She didn't care for her creme Brule dessert and left it half uneaten. My husband enjoyed his pate appetizer, duck salad, and elk pasta. My sister returned her old fashioned because it tasted bad. Overall we had some hits and misses, but the food that was good was very good.

    Took my wife there for a date night and everything was terrific. Great food and staff. The chef even came out to ask how everything was and discuss how he prepares some of the dishes.
