The glass wall overlooking the pass allows guests to witness the culinary artistry, while a skilled waiting team presents selected menu items with a theatrical tableside flourish, adding an element of drama to your dining experience. Our menu is accompanied by an extensive wine list, including a fine selection from Bouchard Finlayson, our vineyard in South Africa, alongside a beautiful Champagne trolley.

Join the team for a one-hour cooking class. Learn and experience how to make the perfect Beef Wellington.
During the experience, you'll enjoy a glass of Champagne and canapés.
The experience includes a three-course dinner consisting of our famous London Burrata as a starter, the Beef Wellington as the main course and our founder and president, Mrs Bea Tollman’s famous Baked Vanilla Cheesecake as dessert.
This class runs at 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday, subject to availability
