Our Team is excited to welcome you to The Shed Restaurant.

Reservations are essential via the above booking portal. Credit card details are required at the time of booking for large groups however no funds are taken prior to your reservation. A $40 no-show fee is charged only without sufficient notice period of 12hrs.

Whilst we love them, we cannot accomodate bookings for pets.

Bookings of 2 - 11 can enjoy our a la carte menu offering.
Bookings of 11+ adult guests are required to dine on our Feasting Menu $84pp. Our Chefs cater to all preferences and dietary requirements wherever possible, please alert your waitstaff when you arrive.

Please include Children in your total number of guests when making a booking and leave a note for the restaurant when completing your reservation. A childrens menu is available.

A 10% surcharge applies on weekends / 20% on public holidays.

    If I could give 0 stars I would-the service was terrible, the poor young inexperienced staff were overworked with no support from senior workers-when a young waiter dropped a plate on my best friends head and it smashed no senior staff members came to deal with my table in the aftermath. Only when prompted did an even younger waiter come to reset our table, still no presence from senior staff. This was also happening alongside a 1.5 hr wait for food, which was good but dampened by the shards of plate left on guests plates. The staff were inattentive in all regards even after the plate accident (we understand mistakes happen but surely at this point someone more experienced would come manage our table and apologise for the incident). We were comped for our bottle of wine that half of was undrinkable because of the plate smashing it but otherwise received no compensation or adequate response given the dire circumstances. As someone who has worked in hospitality for nearly 10 years the standard of service we received today is the poorest display I have ever observed.

    Too expensive for what you got. I ordered the fettuccine Prawns and it was tasteless and I feel like I had a couple of Prawns chopped up. It was hard to get staff attention. Waited a long time for our food. Pizzas were good though , so if I go back that is all I would order

    Eaten here may times and have never had anything negative to say. The food is incredible, the venue is stunning and the service was impeccable

    Friendly service. Pork pasta dish was nice but had odd favoured olives in it. Think I might prefer the pizzas here. Desert was lovely.

    Waited for 25 minutes for table to be cleared after main and to order desert but no one attended the table so unfortunately we left

    We arrived at 720 for a 730 booking and sat on a couch till 730 next to one of many empty tables. Waited 1 hour for our food and we’re told the fish took 40 minutes to cook . Eventually when the food did arrive it was underwhelming to say the least. We kept asking the staff but they did not respond with an answer . We got up to leave and pay the Bill and we nearly fell over . The front of house Lady offered us a free dessert but we were well over it by then. Overall we were so disappointed. I’d probably give it another go and be a bit more aware next time and just eat pizza even though we crave for good food on the Peninsula.

    Always brilliant! Highly recommended. The Epicurian is a crowd pleaser - whether it be a crowd of 20 or 2! The food is consistently good quality fresh produce, turning out Italian classics without fuss in an industrial feel old apple warehouse with some very nice finishes and a large wood fired pizza oven. In winter the fireplaces are ablaze and it is always cozy. In summer the doors swing open and there is a sense of the forrest beyond where nature trails take you through the trees in nearby hills. The staff are attentive, the wine list is perfect for food pairing! You cannot go past Epicurian for a fantastic experience in the Red Hill region.

    The Eoicurean and in particular Kate always deliver high value experiences each and every time we go there . From the moment you arrive you are treated like family members and your food experience is made by better by your own interest in local products. Plus the wine list includes local producers who mss as ke s as n effort to highlight the fact they are on the menu .
