Led by a team of lifelong Chicago restaurant figures, The Evie is a locally-owned upscale dining destination located at the heart of the Magnificent Mile. Led by Partner George Archos (Wildberry Café), Chef-Partner Nick Nitti (Forno Rosso, Lucia Rose, Cucina 3 Italian), and Executive Chef Phil Rubino (Spiaggia, L2O, Cicchetti), the restaurant provides city locals and visitors a place to unwind and indulge while overlooking iconic Michigan Avenue. Named after George’s mother and daughter, the concept puts family at the forefront, with an emphasis on warm, Midwestern hospitality.

Evie offers full lunch/dinner and weekend brunch, presenting a menu of reimagined American classics and city favorites, spotlighting dishes like chef-crafted sushi rolls, freshly baked breads, Chicago-style Wagyu hotdogs, and USDA prime steaks. Complementing the menu, our dynamic beverage program weaves together seasonality and elegance, featuring an array of classic and craft cocktails, sake, beer & wine.

Incredible! Every single thing about this place has my heart. Ambiance, customer service, food. They accommodated a beautiful spot for our 30th anniversary and checked on us throughout. We wanted a great bottle of wine, they sent the Sommelier to our table. Next time in Chicago, we will be back!

Beautiful table overlooking the Avenue. Lovely service. Great drinks and food. Artichokes to start, then Osaka sushi, white fish and mussels and clams. Hall Merlot. Everything was delish!

The food at The Evie was by far the most delicious I've ever had! Everything was outstanding, fresh, and hot! The freshly baked bread was unbelievably good. The smokey carrots were to die for. The whitefish was great. The Signature Prime Rib sandwich just melts in your mouth. The crab cake was so light and full of seafood and the Millionaire ice cream was so uniquely delicious! I can't wait to come back for more! The Evie is at the top of my list of favorite restaurants! I adore the location, too.

The menu was interesting. There were food choices that might please any pallet. But like the old saying “A jack of all trades is a master of none” — none of the food items they served our party of four were good. the food was borderline bad. Add to that the entire menu is overpriced. Compare menus with a really great restaurant like Shaw’s. We ate like kings at Shaws for substantially less. Shaws earns 5 stars. This place was a total waste of time. Save your money and dine elsewhere.

Our experience dining was terrific! Two in our group had the salmon and agreed it was truly the best ever. The jalpeno and basil topping is so delicious! We can also recommend the whitefish and pork chop. I loved the decor! Outstanding food and service. We will be back!

Great food and great service. We got there earlier than reservations but they were able to give us a great seats that we wanted- By the window looking at Michigan avenue. The waitress was great and the food was great- I had Evie Hamburger and My husband had Kansa City Steak and they were delicious - The French Fries were outstanding! They have great wine selection! I definitely recommend and will come back and eat there again when we back to the City of Chicago!
