The Foundry Rooftop restaurant is located on the sixth floor of the AC Hotel in downtown Dayton. Inspired by the fire within foundries, the factories that produce metal castings, this wood-fired kitchen embraces the flame. Devour new takes on internally-inspired cuisine with our Loaded Potato Pizza and Ingot Crab Crakes, or our signature Foundry Reuben and Charred Meatballs. Hearty, midwestern favorites from Chef's David Belknap and Jason Findley anchor our menu like our Crispy Pork Belly and 24-Hour Chicken. And with a combination of smoked whiskeys, classic cocktails, and local beers, you’ll always have the perfect pairing of spirits to enhance the heat of your meal. Salsa Brunch is back! Join us on the third Sunday of each month from 1-4 PM for guided instruction with Dayton1 Salsa and our flame-grilled bites.

THANKSGIVING BUFFETUS$ 50,00
The Foundry will be offering a Traditional Buffet for Thanksgiving. The menu will consist of Smoked Turkey Breast, Stuffed Pork Loin. Our Buffet will have Traditional Stuffing, House made Cranberry Sauce, Green Bean Casserole, Mashed Potatoes, Candied Sweet Potatoes, Fried Brussel Sprouts w/Candied Bacon, Baked Mac & Cheese. Our Desserts will consist of Mini Assorted Pies, Sticky Toffee Date Cake Pops, Assorted Mini Cakes such as Gingerbread, Pumpkin and many others. The Foundry will be offering a Holiday Cocktail Menu and Wine Bottle Specials.

Girls night out with friends. We split the Avocado Deviled Eggs, Watermelon & Feta Salad, the Ingot Crab Cakes & the Vegan Risotto. ALL dishes were excellent & so tasty! Best crab cakes I have had since...? Beautiful interior with an restrained industrial vibe and service was great. We all enjoyed our 1st visit. Will come again!

Everyone in our party of 4 loved their meals. Brussels Caesar Salad with Salmon was an unexpected delight! Cocktails were great, as well.

Great! Bravo. One bartender had no personality at all! If I see her again, I will ask for another bartender or leave. I come out to relax not to be treated ungrateful or I’m an inconvenience to anyone.

Atmosphere was great! The shrimp and grits were delicious! We enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend to all! I will be back!

We’ve wanted to try The Foundry for awhile. My cocktail was yummy (the Pearl) we got 2 appetizers, deviled eggs and calamari. Calamari was delicious, eggs were a bit on the salty side. For dinner a couple ppl got the bolognese, one 24 hour chicken and i got shrimp and grits. Food was ok, not great not bad. Atmosphere was nice, great crowd on a Friday night.

Food was rather disappointing. Not very creative. The smell of truffle oil from other meals around us was off putting. Clearly the chef loves truffle. I’ll eat elsewhere.

Our server was not very attentive and barely seen. No sense of hospitality. Never write a review, but felt like I should say something here. Food was incredible!

Our experience was muted by the fact that I finished an appetizer, salad and entree before my daughter's margherita pizza even came out. That is totally unacceptable
