Chef Adam Handling MBE will welcome Olivier Krug for a unique Krug x Single Ingredient pairing dinner. Chef Adam Handling will craft an 8-course menu, each dish paired with a selection of Krug’s champagnes. This collaboration celebrates Krug’s philosophy of individuality, the art of understanding that every plot, as one wine, is in itself a single ingredient in Krug champagnes. Year after year, the House honours its savoir-faire by inviting its community of Krug Ambassade Chefs to interpret a single ingredient. Throughout the evening, Olivier Krug, sixth-generation Krug family member and Director of the House, will present rare bottles from the Krug cellars, sharing stories of Krug’s heritage and insights into the champagnes.
