Jorge provided a level of service rarely found these days! The beet burrata was stellar (so smooth), the rabbit tagliatelle divine ribbons that coated my breathless mouth. perfectly balanced (read not too sweet) green juice removed any FOMO re: declining champagne

Disappointing experience overall. Food was average and we expected a more elevated meal for the cost. Service started well, then we seemed to take a back seat to new arrivals. We have been to the Fairmont in San Francisco and it was so, so much better.

I had not been to the George since the remodel and was hopeful but not sure what to expect. I was so happy to NOT be disappointed! Everything was wonderful! The ambiance lifts you - your spirits- makes you feel as if you are on a small vacation- gorgeous! The attention of the wait staff is superb! The food is spectacular - from the appetizers to the main course to the dessert and the presentation (which is very important to me) - is flawless! I believe we have found our new " go-to" place for evenings out, special occasions and such. Thank you, "George", for providing this! :)
