Celebrate love this Valentine’s Weekend with a romantic four-course dinner for two, starting with a Cherry Rose Spritz welcome cocktail and optional wine pairings. Savor sourdough with whipped butter, a beet coquette amuse bouche, Bibb and crab salad, upgrade your meal with oysters with strawberry granita, and a Champagne sorbet cleanser. For the main course, choose from artichoke barigoule, seared scallops with caviar beurre blanc, or beef tenderloin Oscar. End on a sweet note with a chocolate ganache tart topped with dulce de leche whip and Amarena cherries. Each couple receives a take home gift. Vegan, vegetarian, wine pairing options and our À la carte menu is available. Priced at $135++ with a 72-hour cancellation policy.

The George boasts an undeniably stunning ambience—elegant, spacious, and with a vibe that feels both luxurious and inviting. The service was attentive, and the setting alone makes for a great dining experience. However, the food itself? Just fair, and certainly not worth the $135 per plate price tag. (Valentine's dinner) I get that part of what you're paying for is the atmosphere, but at this price point, the food should be at least memorable. Instead, it felt like an afterthought. The flavors were decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional or worth returning for at that cost. If you're looking for a place to impress with its aesthetics and experience, The George delivers. But if food is your priority, there are much better options in Seattle at this price—or even much lower. Would I go back? Maybe for a drink at the bar to soak in the atmosphere. But for a full dinner? The food needs to step up before I'd justify that expense again.

It's really pretty but food is very average! Last time I had a pretty raw fish steak that my husband still laughs at me now, this time my mashed potatoes and chicken were very unsalted. We keep coming back here only because of the ambience and because I keep convincing my husband it's OKish, but it's not... Beef tartare was really good though!

The setting is lovely, the staff are welcoming and the food was excellent too. It’s nice not to feel rushed and valued as a guest.

First time here. We were seated immediately in a beautiful dining room. We ordered wine. Our server poured a little wine for us to taste, and it turned out the red wine had gone bad. She immediately opened another bottle which was very good. We started with the crab and artichoke dip which was very good. My companion ordered the beef bourgeon and I ordered the steak with a lobster tail on the side. Both were excellent. The bourgeon was full of meat and vegetables and the steak and lobster were prepared perfectly. Fudge cake for dessert with coffee. The best part of our experience was our server, Breana. She was professional and timely and very engaging.

Wonderful experience. Fantastic service, really well executed food in a beautiful space. I’d highly recommend whether one is looking for an elevated casual time or for a special occasion.
