We celebrated our first anniversary at the Grill Room and can easily say we’ve never had such a positive and delicious experience!! The staff were so friendly and professional, and made us feel so special— they even brought out some chocolate strawberries for us in celebration of our evening. The food and drinks were outstanding, and we enjoyed every single bite. It was such a lovely time, and we couldn’t recommend it more.

The setting is lovely. Staff is amazing and the food delicious. The salad is always a must for me . The lunch specials are always good. You can’t go wrong. It all depends how hungry you are!

Dining with friend and also a business meal for us, at first the lady who hosting us with a warmly welcomed and then the server coming and start taking orders for us, she was dry and not making eye contact or greeting us before we start order our foods. Just a few simple questions and all done, it’s not really what we are expecting while dining at 5 stars hotel, service was kind of slow and I were looking around the dining room and notice they’re not busy at lunch time. Later on she was stop by and tell us our food is coming now and I feel like the food runner and the busser are more friendly than our server because they were smiling while working with the customer. The place is super elegant, cozy and high class but if the server was more welcome and friendly with the customer in my opinion I think I would have more great experience with the place.
