   Hopefully they iron out the wrinkles, but they’re still stumbling out the blocks. Our waitress took a long time to take our order and only came to do so after we asked another waiter where she was. We then asked the manager if they could lower the volume of the music in the Rose lounge and he essentially told us to “deal with it.” We then heard the table next to us ask them to turn it down as well and they were given the same cold response. I can understand not fine tuning the right volume just yet since they’re so new, but you would think the manager would want to be more accommodating to the guests. Lastly, the lobster roll was around $40, which seemed aggregious, but I ordered anyways since I assumed it must be great since they priced it so high. Breaking news…it wasn’t. It was four tiny pieces of lobster. The other sandwiches and the clam chowder that we ordered we much better and not nearly as expensive. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our first experience. Still debating on if there will be a next.

   Hello, my experience with the food and the atmosphere was good, but I won't go into detail about my experience with the hostesses. I arrived at 9:25 PM. My reservation was at 9:45 AM. A girl in a green shirt told me that it wasn't ready. I understand. I went to the bar and ordered a bottle of wine. The same girl went 5 times to see the tables outside and they never told me that my table was ready. I went 3 times and at 10:15 PM, the third time, one of them said to me, and why didn't they give you the table if my wife isn't going? I'm still at the bar waiting. After that im order food and parmesan fries they coming 20 minutes after the rest of mi order kitchen forgot the fries

   The place is beautiful, the food delicious, the drinks…I’m pregnant so I can’t rate that yet but I will after baby is born! Only downside is that there was no valets and finding a parking spot in downtown is a nightmare, we had to park a few blocks away and almost missed our reservation.

   Horrible service. Took us 30 minutes to get a seat when we had a reservation. After being sat down, we waited 15 minutes before we had to ask to get a waiter. The first waiter had a bad attitude and tried to rush us into ordering until we asked for a different waiter. The food was okay but not worth the hassle and the price. Really disappointed as we were looking forward to trying this place.

   They are still working out the opening details. They need to have two iPads when do customers come in. Only one the wait is long to check in. They need to tell you they do not sit incomplete parties when you reserve your spot. The drinks were good. However, they need to work out the logistics on the kitchen being on the 1st floor, and bringing the food to the other floors. For instance, the Caesar salad was warm when it was delivered.

   We had the bang bang chicken to start, it was veryyyyy dry even using the sauces!! The espresso martini was smooth and well balanced. For main course, I ordered the Gatsby Breakfast. The eggs were seasoned to perfection. I subbed the bacon for turkey sausage – there’s an upcharge. The French toast was tough. The hash browns are actually tator tots. Overall, a bit pricey, def recommend making a reservation!! Nikki, our server, was great!! Very personable, gives detail on her recommendations and attentive.

   Not having valet and finding parking was nightmare! It took us an hour to find parking and other places close by that had valet wouldn’t accept the car.. such restaurant must have valet. Food was great but it took them forever to bring them. Overall I recommend it!

   Great experience from this most beautiful restaurant I ever visited in Dallas and I will definitely be back here soon and the food is too good to be true for like real food hahaha and the drinks are amazing and my friend had mermaid mist with rum and I glass of wine of Malbec and we had calamari and pizza and Caesar salad!! We definitely coming back

    Such a beautiful venue. The staff was so welcoming and we even met the owner. The food was amazing and the drinks were top tier.
