Food is excellent, atmosphere great, love this place. But Hampton social corporate has reduced the salaries from $10.00 per hour to $2.00 per hour and then added a 20% tip to all bills of which they take 2%. So morally I can’t eat here without angst so I personally tip my server an extra $20 every time. Principally this is the worst corporate behavior that can be imagined so i am conflicted every time. They ruined a thriving business.

Very good food and drinks. Nice and centrally located in the Mercato. Good for dinner before going out. Menu was very limited however

Food was good but very overpriced We had a table of 4 each had a glass of wine and a smash burger and our bill was $184.00 Quite ridiculous . Brooks burgers is much better !!! We won't be going back

Very expensive, unfortunately, the waiter didn’t speak or understand much English so there were a few mistakes. Things ordered and not delivered, very limited menu. Rushed service. Four checks for two couples and weak wine pours..

The menu has become very limited. Prices have increased significantly. The wine by the glass has very small pours at high prices

Don’t miss the 20%service charge, part goes to the waitstaff and was told part goes to the restaurant. This is now a standard fee no matter the party size. Will not be going back, food is decent but a bit overpriced.

Food was good, sadly service was not. A drink order was forgotten, and I was overcharged. After checking out with the inkind app I realized some drinks and one appetizer were not rung in at the happy hour price. I called and spoke to a manager and was told that they were “probably discounted before my total” but that doesn’t track with what I was charged vs what we ordered. One very complicating factor is their automatic service charge - which server did not point out to me, but I noticed at checkout or I would have grossly over tipped. So a visit to give them a try and enjoy happy hour ended up on a sour note. Probably won’t go back.
