Our server was fantastic. Knowledgeable on the menu and was the perfect amount of attentiveness. Food was good, as per usual. A little warm in the restaurant but to be expected with the fireplace on.

Our server Neil was great as always. I appreciate the special requests made for our party of 7 and for my wife birthday. We look forward to our next visit.

The steak was undercooked and when sent back it was overcooked. The manager did not come and address it and the server merely said, sorry about your steak but no additional move to make it right. It was New Years Eve with my husband and my entire meal was ruined….the steak is the reason one goes to the keg. I feel the Manager should have at least come over and acknowledged the poor food, but he didn’t which made me feel like I didn’t matter as a customer. I do not recommend.

I had the blackened chicken and it was to salty and my husband had the New York steak and he couldn’t chew it and it was the fattiest steak he had ever had at the keg and my friend had the salmon and she said it was very good. So I guess It could be the day it was very busy there on New Year’s Eve. Thank you

i booked a table by the fireplace and i had an early seating only 30 mins after they opened. they ignored our request for the table we always sit at and gave it to someone that did not have a reservation however the manager said that he was a regular and sits at that table so they gave it to him. it appears that a reservation with your app and request is not a priority. we were not offered any compensation of any kind. so i guess we have be going there for occasions for over 20 years but are not as important as the individual that they seated at the table for 4 by the fireplace. we were very disappointed with our New Year celebration mean to say the least. let’s hope this doesn’t happen to us or anyone else again.

We went for a New Years Eve celebration a day early to beat the crowds, and we were not disappointed. As always, very good food, our server was great, she went above and beyond! We sat in the lounge, and it was the perfect choice.
