I often go to the keg in Pointe Claire, Laval, Place Ville Marie and Ottawa and the quality is always good. This time at Place Ville Marie I ordered the prime rib and it was by far the worst steak I ever had. It was pretty much a cool plate of fat and tendon. It also took nearly an hour to receive our meal. The waitress started off with great service but once our food finally arrived she asked how it was when we barely had a chance to taste it then never came back to check in. We were told we had 2 waiters working together, yet never even saw the second one. I ate some as I was starving but left most of my meal on the plate. At this point we were just in a rush to leave so that we can make it to our show in time. I love this restaurant chain but yesterday's meal was actually disgusting and a complete let down.

Waiter extremely unfriendly. No thank you or eye contact. Barely came to the table. Did not offer us any bread but every other table they had. It was not an overly busy evening and the other staff was much friendlier. Always seemed like we were bothering him. After we still tipped him 20% he barely even acknowledged us or even said good bye. I asked him if they had vegetarian burgers and he just rolled his eyes at me.

Always a great meal at the Keg. Service was a bit slower than usual but it was extremely busy with a Canadiens game that night. In our seating section, the tables were a bit too close to each other for my liking. It felt like we were part of the conversation of the groups at tables on either side of us. Very loud. It's the great food that keeps us coming back to the Keg time after time!

J’ai vraiment adoré cette experience. Je ne regrette pas une seconde d’avoir choisi cette place pour mon anniversaire. Le service était impeccable, ils etaient au petit soin avec moi. Ils m’ont offert la part du gâteau d’anniversaire. Et cette crème brûlée mon Dieu!!!j’en ai encore l’eau à la bouche tellement c’etait bon. Je vais revenir. Je recommande beaucoup cette place. 5 étoiles.
