Steaks where not cook the way we asked for And to serve frozen fries not fresh cute is à not good thing, This was my weeding anniversaire So very désappointement for paying and for this quality of food

The food is always good. The Keg Steakhouse is my go-to restaurant, I’m always satisfied. Camille is the best waitress ever. Not my first time at The Keg Steakhouse Place Ville-Marie and I’ll definitely come back asking for her personally. 5 stars service and energy. She was so nice and made the whole experience way better.

Great place for a business lunch. Although the sound level of other guests was heard, it wasn’t loud. Tables and seating placement isn’t crowded or too close to each other. A very enjoyable dining experience, as expected.

Disappointing Experience on My Birthday I went to the Keg Place Ville Marie to celebrate my birthday, expecting a memorable evening with good food and service. Unfortunately, what I got instead was an infuriating experience. I had specifically made a reservation, thinking that would ensure a smooth, enjoyable evening. But instead of being treated as a valued guest, I was moved during my meal. Yes, on my birthday, no less. It was incredibly disruptive and downright disrespectful. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the staff was shocking. The move completely ruined the atmosphere and made me feel like an afterthought, not like someone who came here for a special occasion. It’s hard to enjoy your meal when you’re being shuffled around like an inconvenience. I expect better from the Keg, especially at a location as prominent as Place Ville Marie. If you can’t manage your seating without disrupting your guests, especially those celebrating milestones, then you’ve got serious work to do. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth (and not because of the food). I won’t be coming back.

We had a business dinner on a Wednesday before X-Mas. The restaurant was very busy but our server was always available and the food was outstanding as usual. The Keg never disappoints.

I love The Keg, especially around the holidays. It feels so festive and you are guaranteed a great meal with impeccable service. We were fortunate enough to have Rudy as our waiter which put a special touch on our evening. The food was excellent, the ambiance was lovely, and the prices are comparatively reasonable to other upscale steakhouses, especially considering the quality and generous portions. I will always recommend The Keg for groups as there is something for everyone and they take special care of people with allergies - more than I have ever seen. What a beautiful touch that was. Thanks for keeping everybody safe and happy. I hope the Egg Nog (better with dessert than as a starter cocktail, IMHO) comes back every year!
