The food was outstanding as it always is. Felt the server wanted us out the door as the bill came before we asked for it and we still had half a drink. Perhaps suburban restaurants struggle finding professional staff?

Our Anniversary dinner was at The Keg, Sherwood Park and it met all our expectations. Our server was happy, informative and made us feel special. The food was served in a timely manner and cooked to perfection.

The Prime Rib was cooked to perfection and my wife was very pleased with the BBQ Ribs that she ordered. As it was my birthday, the Keg gave me a free Billy Miner Pie for dessert. Delicious.

We had a great experience at the Keg for my dad’s retirement! I want to especially compliment our waitress, she did a fantastic job and made us feel really welcomed. We will keep coming back to this location!

We had troubles getting a table we reserved as our table was given away to another reservation mistakenly. But once we were seated food was good and service was excellent.

We’ve been to this location several times. Normally a very great experience, however this time wasn’t quite as pleasant. We were seated in a low corner table in the lounge after requesting a booth in the dining room. This wasn’t terrible but a bit loud and busy in comparison to where we normally sit in a fairly quiet booth in the dining room where the ambiance is a bit more relaxed. My husband ordered a bone in steak with all the fixings which he said was amazing. I ordered prime rib medium rare and it came medium well…no juiciness, pale white coloring and tough texture. I politely shared this with our amazing waitress Jessica and she brought out a new piece of prime rib that was supposed to also be medium rare, however it was still more on the medium side being that very pale pink/white color and minimal juices…so a little better but not medium rare. I was hoping for the bright pink medium rare colouring with alot of juices which is how it usually comes. All in all, not the best experience we’ve had at this location, but not terrible. As I mentioned, our waitress was amazing! Jessica was very pleasant and very accommodating in any way she could be. Will still go back I’m sure, just hoping for the experience we normally have instead of these few hiccups :)
