Prior to coming, I was asked if we were celebrating anything for the evening and replied yes it was my wife’s bday, I was told that they will help celebrate the evening by bringing a birthday cake or something but unfortunately it never came.

I ordered a T-bone steak and one other person ordered a T-bone steak and my was tough and his was perfect. We had it cook the same way. Not sure what happened but for what we paid I don’t think I will go back. Our server was amazing.

I ordered the blackened chicken, it was good, but too spicy 🔥 for me, I didn't think blackened chicken was supposed to be spicy. Otherwise my meal was good.

Love the lobster tail and steaks. The strawberry daiquiri is just like sugar water. Not taste like cocktail at all.

Disappointing service and unorganized from the start. People that were walkins and with later reservation times got seated first and staff didn’t know where to seat me and my party.

was my daughter's 10th birthday, i booked reservations a week before, we arrived on time and was not seating till 6:18pm, once seating we had the worst experience, food was horrible, and cold above table there was a cold draft we were freezing, staff was not friendly or welcoming, we waited almost two hours for our food, staff kept changing, the excuse was they had only one bus person, and lots of walk in for that day, no one enjoyed their meal, took them over an hour to bring drinks to a table next to us, i cannot imagine the food, we will not visit this location again, service sucks, not welcoming and food is not good,

Worst experience at a Keg ever. My steak was overcooked so had it redone. Was then served way undercooked. Third time it was cooked on only one side with no char on the side facing up. I gave up and went hungry. My son’s steak was inedible as he was chewing a piece for 10 minutes before he had to spit it out. Not sure what was happening here. Maybe short staffed on a holiday? Staff apologized profusely but ruined a family dinner before my daughter’s trip out of country so horrible experience

Service was great. Waiter and host were friendly and courteous. Food was excellent, great flavor and cooked to perfection. Pricing is on the higher side then other places, but with the service and food quality it is worth it. Encourage anyone who hasn't dined an The Keg to do so, especially at the Square One location on City Centre Dr.
