Got sat almost immediately. Gary was our server. Great guy, made the night feel extra special. Hats off to the Kitchen Staff. Everything was on point. Everything ran very efficient for the amount of guests being accommodated.

A wonderful dinner with friends this evening. The Keg St.Catharines is always our go to spot for special occasions or a break from the everyday bar food. The food is always great, and the service excellent. Thank you once again Keg staff.

Both our stakes were overcooked. They did replace them and look after our bottle of wine.

Our server Nikita was AMAZING. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Truly a joy to be around. Unfortunately my Dads steak was very fatty and thin. It was cooked properly but the quality if the piece if steak was not up to The Kegs normal standards. I ended up giving my Dad some of my steak. As well, my Mum substituted onions for the mushrooms and ended up getting mushrooms anyway. I went to the kitchen to to tell them as we were right by the kitchen. A lovely server helped me right away. Unfortunately it took a while for the onions to come out, (rightly so, as they cooked them fresh) and my Mum was almost finished her steak, she didn’t really have a need for them when they arrived. My food was perfectly cooked, I had a lovely meal. The mix up and poor steak quality was very unusual for The Keg. I know it happens from time to time. We will be back again and hopefully the next meal will be back up to their usual standards.

The last few times I have gone meal was def not worth 80 to 100 a plate the lobster tail 3 inches long curled up like a snail horrible the manager didn’t say I will take it off the bill had to wait and see what my waitress said with her final bill printout manager never said I will replace it or I will take it off the bill as a manager I would never allow that out of the kitchen and if these are the sizes since we noticed past couple times take it off your menu won’t be returning will be waiting for the other steak house in the embassy to open at least I know I will know my money will be worth it
