   The service was amazing. Very knowledgeable staff and minimal waiting. Food was amazing. Bill was affordable.

   Evelyn is consistently kind and thoughtful in her role as the General Manager of the Keg. She is always pleasant and considerate. Our server Chantal, offered excellent suggestions for both our meal and dessert, making for a lovely dinner out. Highly recommend making a reservation using open table. It was a Friday night and it was a 1.5hr wait for walkins.

   Whitby and Ottawa are good . Sudbury is the best I have had so far . When you are hungry and looking forward to a favorite meal. New York strip . There was not one disappointment in every bite .

   We were celebrating my mom's birthday. She has Celiac disease, so we chose the Keg because of their gluten free options and usual attentiveness to people with food allergies. While we were assured that they were aware of her gluten allergy, the service was not consistent, which lowered our confidence. When the bread was brought to the table, it was placed directly in front of my mother, who can't have any. When our food was brought out, her plate was brought to me by mistake, which gave us concern that her plate may not have been handled properly in the kitchen. Finally, the Keg usually provides the person celebrating the birthday a slice of Billy Miner pie, however, I assumed that since they were made aware of her food allergy, that they would offer her a gluten free option. Unfortunately, that was not the case and was still just offered the Billy Miner pie. My kids ended up eating it, but it would have shown a lot of care and consideration if a gluten free option was offered, especially after the server acknowledged how "inconvenient" it must be to have celiac and finding restaurants that accommodate it. There didn't appear to be the understanding that it can actually be debilitating, not "inconvenient". But aside from that, our server was very friendly, and she was very nice. My mom and I both ordered the French Onion Sirloin, which was underwhelming both in flavour and in quality. Her steak was cold, meanwhile mine was relatively inedible as the steak was very chewy, which doesn't usually happen when it's medium rare. It is possible that perhaps I just don't like sirloin steak, but either way, next time I'll avoid trying new menu items to prevent too much disappointment. All other aspects of the food were great and what we would normally expect from the Keg. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially to celebrate a birthday. It was not the service or quality we have come to expect from the Keg.

   First time customer and I would highly recommend. You get what you pay for and it is 100% worth it. Service is fast, food is outstanding. Our waitress was Karen and she’s seriously the best. Made the first time experience one for the books!!

   well, first off, ordered a V and T, with LIME! got a LEMON! no biggie, but shows people don't listen. second, server was rushed, busy section i get it, but they just seemed very not engaging. third. prime rib was ok, but it came with something they called onion something or other. they were cold anyhow. so was the cauliflower mash. told the server, she said, 'well, you should have sent it back' really?? wow. manager came. didn't make eye contact with me once. said they would look at the bill and see what they could do. 25$ discount. nice. meal should be been gratis. full stop. not impressed.

   Food was great, waitress was kind and attentive. I made reservations for my engagement celebration. Due to the parking lot being so packed and so small from major snow accumulation, we got into the restaurant 11 mins passed our reservation time, but we knew were ok because the OpenTable reservation said we had a 15 minute grace period. When we walked in for our reservation, they had already given up our table and we had to wait anyways. Not sure why they want us to make reservations if they aren't going to honour it. We had to wait with the rest of the patrons who did not have a reservation. Seemed extremely counter intuitive and ruined our initial mood when arriving to the restaurant.

   Excellent meal and excellent service! It was a little loud, but it was to be expected as there were many patrons in the restaurant.
