   Steak Night Friday meant we had a very good value supper, with tasty 28 day aged rumps with a good quality pepper sauce and very good chips. Good ales, and very good service. We'll be back.

   We had a lovely Sunday lunch in pleasant surroundings with excellent service. Food was nicely presented on warm plates. Views are amazing and will certainly go back.

   The night we ate the waitress only had 3 tables to deal with but after asking for (not being offered) more drinks the waitress forgot to bring them and we had to ask again for them to be done. If the restaurant was full I would understand but with 3 tables there is no excuse, restaurant had also run out of tomato sauce although a few sachets were found after we expressed our astonishment at this. One meal was ok but the burger had no seasoning and was very bland. As we left the staff were too busy standing behind the bar looking at their phones to say goodbye we left unnoticed. As a comparison we had an impromptu trip to Guildford a couple of days later and stopped for food at a restaurant chain on the way home, the waitress was totally on her game with far more than 3 tables to manage, the staff at the lamb could learn a lot unfortunately will not rush back.

   Lovely friendly service, good roast dinner, apart from undercooked parsnips. Would recommend.

   Great service from the moment we arrived. They re arranged our seating to the bar so that we could watch the Rugby. Food was excellent and price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend The Lamb INn.

   Great choice for Christmas Lunch. The food was good. Delicious canapés and a glass of bubbles when we arrived. Service excellent. Atmosphere lovely. All in all a great experience. Thank you Sarah and your great team.

    Table of 6 people, scored the food between 3 to 7 out of 10. Service was good so was the beer and the vine just a shame about the food. Nice looking place.
