This season, we’re bringing the excitement to Williamsburg with exclusive, one-night-only pop-up restaurants - now on Thursdays!

Meet Richard Haydinger, Line Cook at Ernesto’s, delivering a masterful mix of Italian and Spanish influences, with a focus on classic techniques and deeply satisfying dishes. Gabriel Borges, CDC at Chez Ma Tante, draws from his years in NYC’s top kitchens—including Estela and ATLA—to create bold, unexpected flavor combinations with fun nods to his New Orleans roots. Finally, Annika Altura, Line Cook at Lola’s, channels her Filipino-Chinese heritage mixed with her experience cooking in kitchens around the world to a precise, inventive menu.

This is such a unique and wonderful NYC experience. The food was fabulous, and the space was gorgeous. Everyone was so nice and welcoming to us, and it's so fun to get to know an up-and-coming chef. I can't recommend it enough!

What an amazing evening! The food, ambience, views, service and decor were beyond incredible! It was an evening we will never forget. Thank you to Chef Hannah Musante, Food 52, the entire Lineup dinner team and founder, Elena Besser. We loved it!

Really incredible experience and atmosphere. The food was excellent (and such a fun concept to give these incredible rising chefs the opportunity to showcase their work!) and beyond that the whole thing was so well curated. You start walking through the kitchen which is cool to see, it's on the waterfront which is beautiful, there's a cocktail hour, and during the dinner portion you sit at larger tables so get to meet some new folks if that's your thing. We really loved it and plan to go again when they release the next tranche.

From start to finish one of the best dining experiences of my life!! We had the most amazing service and the food was unbelievable! Everyone needs to try the lineup dinner I can’t wait to do it again.
