I had reserved for dinner for two to celebrate a proposal. I had informed them ahead of time that this was a special dinner. We got there and waited 15 minutes before we were seated. The seating was terrible, right next to a stair. People kept going back and forth and we couldn’t hear eachother. it didn’t feel special whatsoever. They finally brought out a candle on a dessert that I paid for to say congrats. Which I thought was very ridiculous and quite frankly a bit embarrassing based on the restaurant status. They didn’t even complement the dessert. We both love going to The Little Door, not sure after our last visit anymore.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! We started with the octopus and the caviar. While the octopus was decent, it was slightly overcooked and just okay. In our opinion, the Little Door Caviar was the standout starter—its flavor was far superior. For mains, the Branzino was perfection—crispy and flaky on the outside, tender and soft on the inside. The ribeye was equally fantastic, cooked beautifully and packed with flavor. We finished the meal with the crème brûlée, which was the perfect dessert—smooth, creamy, and with a perfectly caramelized top. The service was impeccable, making the evening truly special. We celebrated my friend’s birthday, and it was a memorable experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

I went to this restaurant last night to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The ambiance is incredibly romantic, making it the perfect spot for a date night. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were also fantastic, with a great selection and perfectly balanced flavors. Our server, Leaticia, took excellent care of us with warm hospitality and thoughtful recommendations. Her attentive service made the evening feel even more special. If you’re looking for a spot with great food, delicious drinks, a cozy atmosphere, and outstanding service, this place is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back for sure!

The seating was terrible. Our cushions were all squished and couldn’t adjust without making everyone at tables near us get up and adjust. Food wasn’t very flavorful. Cocktails were good.

I had the unfortunate experience of celebrating our anniversary 12/10 at what appeared to be a perfect restaurant, but the customer service was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the hostess set the tone for the evening with her rude and unhelpful attitude. We had asked her if she could seat our photographer a few tables away from us so he could capture our special moment, but instead, she seated him two rooms away and told us there was no room, despite the restaurant being far from busy at 8 pm. It was incredibly frustrating, as we had specifically chosen this restaurant for a memorable anniversary experience. The problems didn’t stop there. After a long wait to have our order taken, we thought the worst was over. But then, to our shock, our waiter came up to us, handed back our tip, and bluntly said, "You need to leave." No explanation, no apology, just a cold, dismissive attitude. We were left speechless as he walked away without even acknowledging us any further and we left. As a courtesy to other customers we simply walked, but now I am writing to you to inform you that the way we were treated was unacceptable. The dinner was ruined by this discourteous behavior from the staff. To be treated with such disrespect on what was supposed to be a celebratory night was extremely disappointing. We will never return, and will strongly recommend that others avoid this place to prevent experiencing the same poor customer service we endured. We hope staff undergo a customer service training to retain clientele.
