Great brunch menu and the food was delicious. First time there for all of us meeting up for a best friends day out.

The food is consistenly good here and interesting although it is generally American cuisine. The place is cozy but it is loud and for some reason the music is even louder. I would recommend that the music be turned down significantly. The employees are very friendly and professional

We waited to be checked in for our lunch reservation while two staff members took care of someone purchasing a gift card. Our server was polite. Food was delivered by a different person. We needed salt and pepper, but were not asked if there was anything we needed. We were not offered and sides, even for purchase, like bread or crackers. Our shrimp salads were excellent, but the over all lack of staff enthusiasm and pride was lacking.

All was good, except for the hostess. She attempted to seat us next to a family of 4 adults with 2 young children. They were all over the place. When told the other tables were reserved. We were ready to leave. Suddenly she could put us in a booth. But had to be done in an hour...she was not very nice.

I don’t expect a banner welcome, but at least a friendly demeanor. Not so the hostess who had on a grumpy face. The person who took our order is seen walking about but at times forgot about us, never bringing our drinks or refilling our water until we flagged them down. The food for the price is mediocre and on the side of salty. Our first time dining at The Majestic, and most likely the last.

This place is so great that after stopping in for a snack and drinks, we decided to go back for dinner the next night. We had a wonderful dinner. The ambiance is great and the food is extremely creative but still excellent and tasty (not too "way out"). Courtney, our server made the occasion even more special. She was friendly without being intrusive. She was both fun and friendly while also being extremely competent as a server. Request her if she's there when you go.

We sat in a booth and honestly could not hear the person sitting across from us. It was too noisy for an enjoyable meal. The music was too loud which made everyone around us talk louder. The group next to us literally had to scream to have a conversation.
