   Nice place, great band, couldn't get anyone to wait on us. We did get some water after about a hour and 20 min. We would go back but, would bring our own food and drinks.

   We entered into 3 hosts gathered in confusion and ignoring us. I moved so close to the stand I was pressed against it staring at the hostess, waiting for acknowledgment that we were there. Although we had reservations, seating was confusing and unorganized. Once seated, things continued to decline. I'm not getting into every detail in regards to table service or lack of. The venue was crowded, and we enjoyed the live entertainment. I may try it again strictly for the entertainment that might be booked.

   We visited the The Matrix Room Restaurant, Meg's Lounge based on a recommendation. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious!! We were able to enjoy the Summer Dinner Menu. Sharable plates Korean BBQ w/Fried Rice & Tandoori Chicken Skewers. For large plates: Bronzino dish, Caribbean Chicken. We were met by the friendly greeter, Brianna, she introduced us to the Chef, Alonso. We spoke at length as we lived in NY State for 12 years and he is from NY Long Island. He asked about our preferences on spice level as I ordered the Caribbean Chicken entree and accommodated our special request to filet the Bronzino fish. All portions were decent and priced reasonably. We had leftovers and enjoyed them reheated in the air fryer. We will definitely go back!!

   Lovely decor and ambience, the Meg Room is a place to gather for a cocktail and socialize. I attended the Marche' Blu music showcase and it was a hit. Ample space and free parking at this location. The food service was on point with our attentive and polite server. We only ordered drinks and a plate of French fries with aioli sauce for dipping. The other items on the menu did not appeal to my interest, so I didn't give it a try. However, I observed many others enjoying their menu selections during the evening. I would like to see falafel, hummus and naan bread added to the menu as an appetizer. Maybe a combination appetizer with Satay, Chicken kebobs or skewers or a little more variety.

   Went for a music concert that was amazing! The place is huge and beautiful! Perfect enough not just for local acts. I can see them giving City Winery some nice competition. Food: flavored well but the chicken and rice was on the dry side! I had the chicken with the plantain(very good) Drinks: good and weren’t watered down Service: now this is where it’s gets weird! We had a very young waitress, very nice however once the food/drinks came we didn’t see her anymore. Not for refills for water or to ask if we needed anything. So bad that we had to go to the bar to get our second drink. The first drink already took forever to come! I believe there just weren’t enough staff however one guy was really attentive to his table. We just didn’t see her very often anywhere. Plates weren’t picked up until the end of the show. Would definitely return and hopefully the service portion is better.

   This is a beautiful venue. The food was amazing. I had Caribbean Chicken and my husband had duck fried rice. Both were amazing! The staff was very limited, so service was a little slow. However, they were very nice. This venue is very new. In a few months I foresee it being a premier venue! I definitely plan to return!

   Service was decent. Could improve a little bit. Food that I had, and some of my friends had, was horrible. For me I would never eat there. A real chef is needed. Drinks were good.

   Although the food and service were good, I cannot recommend the Matrix Room. It was unbearably hot in the room. The set up is also strange with the main dining room right next to the stage with the lounge behind the dining room. The signage once inside the Matrix Club for the Matrix Room was also difficult to see.

   My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. The food and the ambiance was perfect. We will be back.

    We really enjoyed our first visit to the Matrix Room. We attended a private birthday party and wasn’t really looking for anything special. Not only did we have an amazing time the salad, small plates and entrees we ordered were so delicious. The wine was so good and the music was great. We danced the night away to a live performance with an awesome band and great DJ.
