The Orchard Townhouse, located in West Chelsea directly across from the Highline, is an American Brasserie celebrating conviviality in all the smallest things. The menu features uncomplicated farm to table cooking with good for you ingredients and crowd pleasing familiar classics. Come for a Little Gem or some Croquettes and stay for a Steak Frites or Chicken Milanese. I have been meaning to check this place out for a while now. I'm so glad I finally did. The food and drinks were amazing. Highly recommend. I will be back for sure

Food was ok - scallops special was nice & my friend said his dorade was good. Skip the crab rangoon dip, but do get the gnocchi w/ escargot as a starter (or main really). Not horribly overpriced for NY - about averagely overpriced. We had a late seating for NYE - but the vibe was very much Not a late dinner seating. The music was blaring & it was hard to hold a conversation, until I asked them to lower it slightly & it they did (but only slightly). They really wanted us out the door & made that very clear by having a last call & then immediately dropping the check without offering dessert.

The food selection was small and the portions were as well. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the price they charged and there was no wow factor.

The risotto was wonderfully warm fuel for a typical winter day on the patio. Thanks to the team for a great retreat!

The saturday brunch was fantastic. Challah French Toast was some of the best I've ever had. The smoked salmon dish was fantastic as well. My friend had the cheeseburger and loved it. Great service as well!

My manager needed a last min reservation and everything near the office was booked, and we decided to try this restaurant and he was not disappointed. He throughly enjoyed the ambiance and his meal.
