    Food was excellent. Shrimp sauté, chicken parm, tuna steak were all special. Crab cake was weak. Very little meat plenty of filler. The carrot cake alone may be reason to go and the cocktails are excellent. Unusual not to have a steak at The Palm but there are many other options here. Also, our wait person Cary is absolutely excellent. I would like to see a restaurant of this caliber have valet parking instead of paying $30 to park in a lousy garage. Absurd!

    I ordered a ginger ale, a 12 oz filet medium well and a side of cream spinach. When the bread came out it was in a basket mixed with nut bread. I explained my son has a nut allergy and asked for separate bread. I was denied and told all bread is already in baskets so they can’t help us. I asked if they could put some to the side and was told no the bread is all baked together?!? Then my soda came out and the syrup was very weak and almost out. I received my steak and it was well done and dried out. I was never given a steak knife so I waved down two bus boys that were standing off to the side. Although they saw me they chose not to engage and walked away. I saw them also do it to others. My waiter finally came over and I requested the knife that should have already been on my table. The spinach was very good and I’d order it again. The manager was too busy helping with food delivery and not checking on tables. The entire time at restaurant he never visited the table so I never could voice my concerns. I stay at the Tropicana several times a year but I will choose other local steakhouses from now on….

    The service was below average. The bread was hard like bricks and inedible. The steaks were not cooked as requested. We received our steaks before we had to ask for steak knives. Please don’t waste your time and money$$$. This was disappointing and unacceptable for a high end steakhouse.

    This was our family's first time dining here and it was excellent. Everything from the food to the service did not disappoint. We can't wait to return. Thanks guys.

    Great atmosphere….food was outstanding and the service was delicious. What a nice way to spend Christmas Eve as a family!

    Disappointed. Started with seating location and ended with a bad entrée. Service staff were very good but they failed to address a couple of areas. It wasn't disclosed on menu or by staff that meals came with vegetables and we ordered duplicates. The risotto was poor, I voiced it, and nothing was done. The rest of the 1 of the 2 entrée was not to expectations or pricing. Will not return to eat there.
