Everything that was good about the Palm before Landry’s has been changed. Bread, crab cakes, carrot cake are all inferior. Terrible now! Poor value and below average food.

This is no longer the Palm of years gone by. My friend and I both had the special swordfish. It was prepared poorly, dry, and the fish was obviously not of high quality. The special french fries were okay, but certainly nothing special. We each had one cocktail. Shared a salad and a shrimp appetizer (which were good) and a dessert. $220 plus tip for a truly mediocre meal.

Always a solid experience at the Palm. I do wish, however, they would consider opening for lunch. The dynamic of the area has changed. A lot more people and younger people that would love to see a lunch menu.

Old School steaks and pasta. Love the filet mignon and chicken parmigiana. My wife loves the pappardelle. Real waiters who know their stuff.

Disappointing. Been going there since the 80’s. 100’s of times. Came with my fam of 6 including my 102 year old mom. Just arrived directly from the airport from nyc. Sat down & was told can’t be served if I wear a baseball cap. Had hat hair. No way taking off hat. Was leaving & one of our party negotiated I can wear a hoodie but not hat after getting up to leave. Restaurant was half empty thurs at 8:30 reservation and 9:30 totally empty except for us. If manager were smarter. He should have said politely with a welcoming smile “next time kindly please don’t wear a hat” instead he said you have to leave. Kicking out all of us including my 102 year old mom at 8:30pm. Stayed wearing hoodie. Paid $1,000 for dinner. Doubled tax for tip. Not going back as its had its day, why support rude employees especially with so many other restaurants to choose from? At $1,000 for dinner -customer is always right with minutia issues…unless they wanted to close early and that’s why they didn’t want to serve us with a 8:30pm open table reservation?

Terrific high quality delicious food. Truly one of the best in Miami. Nice welcoming ambiance. Attentive service, but the kitchen was a bit slow. Long wait for the meal

They put us at a table in a separate room from the dining room which was fine except our service was awful. My friend ordered tonic water to accompany her cocktail we needed to ask 3 different people. We received our entrees and no one came back to ck on us. We sat there so long we decided to pile our plates on one corner of the table because we didn't want the remnants of dinner to be in front of us. Than I hate to say 2 out of 3 of us woke up with bad stomachs. And we both ate the lamb. Never again

The Palm is my favorite spot in Miami. Nothing can compare to this establishment! Mike the Maitre d is the kindest, most charming person who greets the guests with the warmest welcome and then you start with the warm pretzel bread ...the steaks lobsters half and half potatoes / fried onion rings are epic Love you Palm
