The waitress took forever, didn’t offer selective and different drinks available, but the food was great.

We have only enjoyed several lunches at The Palms...this was our first dinner, indeed for Wendy's birthday. It was the BEST DINING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER ENJOYED....incredible food items, great service, just a perfect evening. Ask for SARAH as your server....there for fifteen years, she is amazing: filled with caring and empathy, very knowledgeable and indeed just a lovely lady. This was an evening for making memories !!

My friend and I split a dinner. I asked that they do it in the kitchen, which the no longer do, as they were nice and did it. It’s to nice of a restaurant to not do that for you. Just charge extra

This was our first visit to The Palms, and it was a revelation. Every aspect of the service was excellent — friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The ambience was comfortable, with an elegance that reminded us of a classic dinner house. We will definitely be back.

Had a reservation and showed up on time. We had to wait 15 minutes before they sat us down. They sat us at the rear of the restaurant about 2 feet from the exit. Our reservation was for 5 and they sat us in a small table for four and they added a chair at one of the end of the table, felt crowded. The food took a long time to come out, and when it did, it was cold. While we were still eating, they asked us if we needed boxes for our leftovers, we weren’t close to being done. Went here for my wife’s birthday, we regretted it afterwards.
