We are a foodie and wine drinkers ultimate destination.
A chef's dinner consisting of 4 set courses paired with wines, presented and hosted by a Jasper local sommelier.
No menu to think through, simply the best creations nightly from the master chefs of the Raven Bistro.
A brand new space, and an open kitchen concept. Maximum capacity of just 36 guests. Adult only venue. Think of it as a hosted dinner party with the best food you’ve ever had surrounded by a bunch of new friends. Amazing second story views with a beautiful patio. For the patio, enjoy an additional drink before or after your dinner, or Canadian wines, wine flights and snacks during the day.
It’s not just dinner, and it’s not just a restaurant. It’s a dining experience that is unrivalled in Jasper.
Please note our nightly chefs dinner will consist of seafood and a game meat. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. A delicious menu with carefully selected wine pairings. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine as soon as we stepped in the door.

Our host Rachel was engaged in every aspect of our experience and a wonderful sommelier. The pairings were delightful and while I don't know the different nuances she explained all the variables of each wine. The food looked and tasted amazing, the service was efficient and pricing was suited for the perfect experience we had!

A stunningly curated wine and food experience, Rachel takes so much time and care to select the wines and explains them all in an approachable and engaging way! As always, the food is outstanding!

So fun from the minute we walked in, felt like a fancy but fun dinner party! Just enough talking from the host to keep the evening interesting but not intrusive. Loved having a surprise menu and we appreciated professionally curated wine pairings even more now. Enjoyed an extra glass after dinner on their balcony.

An incredible experience from start to finish! Joost and the kitchen team ensured we had a wonderful dining experience with amazing wine pairings. They were incredibly accommodating of my wife’s dairy restriction. It was like enjoying a first class meal with a wine full wine tasting. If you like to try new wines, enjoy great company, and love food the Peacock is a must!

First off - Joost - our sommelier/server/host was excellent! We were at the 8:00pm seating - 4 courses with 1-2 wines paired with each course. The food was amazing - we had a great time - we’ll be back for sure🍷🍴

Fun and yummy wine and food pairing experience - definitely a level above other local dinner options in Jasper with regard to creativity and the overall experience. Rachael deftly paired wines from around the world with each of the four courses (sometimes two wines with a given course to provide a contrast). Will plan on a return visit the next time we return to Jasper!

This place is fantastic, a star amongst Jasper. A well curated and thoughtful meal paired with a variety of delicious wines. Truly the work of people who are passionate about food and wine. Shout out to Rachel our incredibly knowledgeable and friendly host for the evening who made the experience extraordinary. The photo of the bison *steak dish* was partially eaten, I was eager- apologies)

Each course was perfectly paired with the wine. It was the best meal we have ever had in Cananda.
