   This was our second visit to the Pearl, and the food and service were once again excellent. Unfortunately, though we arrived on time, no table was available on the side we had requested, and when they finally seated us, we were sitting right at the door, (beneath a glaringly bright light that made us feel like we were being interrogated!), in a place where the noise level was high and the ambience was poor —sadly, this seating definitely undermined the experience.

   The food is Catered by a company in Toronto and brought up to "The Pearl Muskoka." The pictures look Authentic, however, when we asked if the chocolate mole was made in house, we were extremely disappointed to learn none of it was made in house. The pictures looked authentic, the price point is priced like an authentic dining experience. Sadly the person preparing our food was simply heating the food up for us. I'm sure he is a cook to some degree, but he is certainly not a Chef. I wonder who prepared this menu in Toronto and if he/she is a Chef? The price point is indicative of an authentic eatery that prepares "In house." This food did not deliver the quality it portrayed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Great service and food. Chef driven concept that offers outstanding food Quality. Server (Porchia) was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, well worth the higher prices.

   The Pearl is an absolute gem and a must-visit when in Muskoka. The food is fresh, flavourful and creative, with lots of options for gluten- and/or dairy free. The peas and shoots salad with secret green dressing was divine. The space is small and outdoors — and we were hit by some rain — but tables are covered and blankets offered. The service was wonderful. Prompt and personable. We’ll be returning again and are recommending it to our friends and family :)

   As usual, the food was outstanding and the service the same. The wait staff are always friendly and very helpful. I wish the Pearl had a bigger location with indoor dining for those rainy and cool days, however, we’ll take what we can get from this “Gem in Muskoka.” Best and most creative menu around. Reminds me of European tapis format only better. Keep up the fabulous work!
