   Absolutely loved my dinner at Pembroke! They were incredibly accommodating of my vegan dietary needs and made the experience feel effortless. The food was thoughtfully prepared and genuinely delicious. I was also impressed by their selection of nonalcoholic cocktails—each one was creative, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and the dining room itself is stunning—elegant, airy, and beautifully designed. A perfect spot for a relaxed yet refined evening.

   This is our 2nd visit to the Pembroke. Always excellent service, friendly staff, good menu for brunch. I love the chicken & waffles; my husband had the French toast; our fried had the lox platter. We all enjoyed. The 4th dish - eggs florentine was only ok. Our friend said the English muffin wasn’t warm & he thought it was just ok. We will be back!

   Lovely atmosphere and nice staff but there were so many of them yet little attention to service. They seem to be talking amongst one another mostly rather than paying attention to filling our water glasses. The first round of drinks took a while. Food was just ok and overpriced but atmosphere was great.

   I made reservations for my pre birthday brunch. It was our first time visiting this restaurant and it was beautiful just as the photos show. The restaurant was full with predominantly groups of woman and families dining. The restaurant is aesthetic and great for photo opportunities, however, the part of the restaurant towards the outdoor eating and windows has amazing natural lighting but the other side of the restaurant has yellow dim lighting yet has more of the cute booths. Regardless, we had a great experience and the customer service was exceptional. We dined towards the end tale of brunch so I think the experience was a little tainted regarding waiting times to receive your cocktails, starters, and entrees. Still, the drinks were delicious and our food was great. We will be sure to return.

   Enjoyed Pembroke on a few separate occasions; bar, dinner menu, and a special restaurant week prefixed. Each visit we were greated and seated promptly for our reservation. Then menu has great options for everyone and delicious flavors. The price point for what you get is very fair. Do yourself a favor and try Doyle as well. Thank you Daniel for great service.

   Lovely restaurant with excellent service and food. Only minor complaint is music was a bit loud with a speaker right above our table.
