Kathy was our waitress. She is sensational. She brought out food and drinks in the perfect amount of time. She checked in on us often but not too often. The food came out hot and fresh. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. Our whole party enjoyed their time, the food and the drinks. We will be going back again and again.

We have been to the Phoenix several times but this time was not good. My holiday cosmo was just so-so. Don’t know what made it holiday . Our saganki appetizer was the absolute worst ever. The scant amount of cheese was so stuck to the pan that a good part of it was wasted. We did inform our server about the cheese being stuck but no apology or remedy was offered. My filet was cut in 3 pieces and undercooked. I’ve never been served a filet that wasn’t a solid piece of meat. My mashed potato side was neither creamy nor well-seasoned . Such a disappointing experience from a restaurant that has been good in the past.

It was very cold sitting by the window needed to wear a winter jacket during dinner. The food was a disappointment as well. I will probably never return

Really enjoyed our experience. Food was tasty and great atmosphere. Celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary and they brought us a dessert and champagne to toast which was very nice. Good kids menu with salmon on it, even though our daughter opted for chicken tenders ha. Our server Madison was great - very attentive and kind. Will definitely go again.

The food was good, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and had a nice ambiance. However, the noise level was a bit high, which made it slightly difficult to enjoy the experience fully. Overall, a solid spot for dining

Kathy is the best waiter in the business! The owner, Joe, has assembled an amazing staff that makes you feel part of the family. We were lucky enough to eat in the wine cellar for Christmas Eve, and it was so quaint and cozy. The food is always immaculate as they have a chef that curates the menu and sources local ingredients. Just the best spot!

Absolutely amazing. The food and drinks were exceptional. I had the special, Etouffee, it was excellent. Reasonably price for the quality.

We went on a Tuesday night when they have a pork chop special - and it was outstanding! We started out with some nice cocktails, bread and soup. All four of us ordered the pork chop special because we heard it was really good, and it did not disappoint! The sides (loaded mashed potatoes and crispy grilled brussel sprouts) were perfect. We finished off with the banana cream pie, which is not what you're expecting, but still did the job. We will definitely be coming back again!
