Hostess was so inviting and organized. Server Aaron was phenomenal. Such a polished server and so well poised with the senior ladies checking out the location. Great suggestions by server, exceptionally timed drinks to delectable snacks and finale of shared desserts with coffees. Courteous porters who seamlessly removed plates and silverware unobtrusively along the way. Thank you. Bravo!

Made a reservation, and was excited to have some authentic English food again. When we got there, everything seemed nice. However, when my reservation called for regular seating, and not high seating, we were informed the only thing available was high seating. Considering my wife is shorter, this was a bit of an obstacle, but nothing we couldn't overcome. However, the next big thing was that it took 15 minutes before we were even approached to get drink orders. Once our order was taken for drinks, it took another 15 minutes to get it, brought in by another waiter. Then when the second waiter approached us for food orders, the first one came by to try and take the order, clearly stepping over each other. My wife got the steak and mushroom pie, and I got the roast beef dinner. She had no complaints about it, and my meal was mostly good, but the brussel sprouts were tough, and they tasted unseasoned. Will I be back again? Potentially. Will I recommend it? With caviates.

Server neglected us. Had to flag him down each time we wanted more drinks. Didn't bother ordering dessert or coffees as we were just being ignored. Had to even ask for the cheque. Ugh. Food was great though. Good cocktail and wine selections.

A lovely upscale pub feel, warm with great service. I would recommend this restaurant/bar.

I would recommend this restaurant to any wanting to go out for the night. Great service, moderate to above priced, but you get your moneies worth. The food was wonderful. I had a steak and am use to getting maybe 1 side. With The Rabbit Hole, fries, onion rings and green beans all done really well. Great craft beer. I will be back.

We had an amazing dinner from the very start - the friendly maître’d to the very helpful server, Dennis and then the food!!! Wow, so good we highly recommend it…the Welsh Rarebit and the Rabbit Hole Cumpet starters were a treat! We’ll be back!
