                                                                                As they say, location, location, location …. You can’t beat River Deck’s location on the Mighty Murray in Albury, AUS. To top it off the food is great and the portions more than ample. My beef cheeks were cooked to perfection and the sides of mushroom and burnt capers added great tasting compliments and were hard to share with my sidekick Sandy

                                                                                As always, the ambience, food and service at the River Deck restaurant was outstanding. We sat out on the deck so that the noise level was perfect (almost non existent). The hummus for entree was superb - best we've had in Australia. My husband had the beef cheek and I had the duck ragu - both of which were delicious. The River Deck is out go to place for special occasions and has never disappointed. Thoroughly recommend it.

                                                                                The food was amazing, coffee was strong. The service left much to be desired. I booked a table, however we were not acknowledged for approximately 3-5 minutes upon entering the premises. A simple hello from the barista would have been nice. It took forever to get our drinks, our food, someone to just take our order. No offer of additional beverages. It was quite a cool morning and for somewhere that is advertised as a deck you want to sit out there, but no heaters, or heaters that were turned on at least? My husband and brother are called out of the restaurant to go and stand in the sun. A little more TLC would have made this a wonderful experiences
