   It’s still one of my favourite restaurants in Glasgow. Hadn’t been for ages and it didn’t disappoint! Great place for a catch up with friends with delicious food and wine!

   We had a great meal at the Spanish Butcher to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was wonderful and Molly looked after us really well. She made us feel very welcome and is a true credit to your organisation. Thank you so much. Fraser & Rosie, Avoch, Black Isle, Highland

   This was our fourth visit to The Spanish Butcher, and once again, it was absolutely outstanding. We booked this time to celebrate a birthday and were touched to receive a handwritten card from the team, a lovely personal touch. We started with the olives, which are genuinely the best I’ve ever tasted. I actually bought a jar to take home because I couldn’t leave without them! They paired perfectly with the sourdough bread. We also had the scallops, recommended by our server, and they did not disappoint—delicate, flavorful, and beautifully cooked. For the main course, we shared the 600g Galician Chateaubriand, which was ideal for two. We like our steak between medium-rare and medium, and it was cooked to perfection—each bite somehow better than the last. It came with two sides and two sauces, just the right amount. We chose the macaroni and truffle chips, both of which were delicious. Our server was fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to answer our questions, offered great recommendations, and was always nearby if we needed anything. His positive attitude added to the overall experience and made our evening even more enjoyable. If you are looking for a great steak and a chilled evening in Glasgow. This is the place!

   This was truly one of the best meals I have ever eater. We celebrated our engagement there. The short rib was heavenly. Thank you all so much for making this such an amazing experience for us. -Richie Green

   We love the Spanish Butcher! Food is superb always, and the staff are attentive but not intrusive. A great dining experience.
