   The food was delicious, my fiancé and I couldn’t stop looking at each other after each bite we shared! So nice to have a shared plates experience local to Durham Region, and to have a restaurant that cares about serving local and sustainable ingredients. Every bite was just mouth-watering! Also, every single staff member was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. We felt very.. taken care of, Jasmine provided exceptional service! Every detail is so special, you can tell that this team really cares and that they love what they do. Will be recommending The Springwood to everyone! Can’t wait to return.

   What an incredible restaurant!!!!!! Best bread and butter I had ever eaten in my life! Our server was wonderful and so funny! I completely forget her name but she had a 2 or 3 year old daughter named Penelope. Please let her know she made our experience so wonderful. We would 1000% come back, what a gem in Whitby.

   We've been to The Springwood a few times, but this was the first time trying the "Tasting Menu", $55 each - with a couple of little substitutions. We loved this way of ordering - will definitely do this again. And of course, as always, the meal was delicious, the staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly, just the best treat to have a meal here !!!1

   Exceptional service, thank you Erin. The recommendations were point on, I never thought I could enjoy an Ontario wine. The experience was point on. From free parking, to a lovely reception and a brilliant meal, it was an excellent evening. 😊

    Dinner at The Springwood was amazing, as always! The service & ambience makes our dinning experience so much more enjoyable, we love the intimate feel of the restaurant and the food quality is impeccable. We love that the menu changes seasonally allowing us to try new dishes every visit! Last night we had the oysters, bread & butter (our favourite), the squid, the honey glazed duck & beets. Each dish was flavourful & presented beautifully. The Springwood has such a beautiful atmosphere, we look forward to coming back again soon.
