With our everchanging menu, seasonal & local inspiration and forward approach to dining, our commitment to excellence shows in everything we do. From our in house butchery or cooking over charcoal, to working with local suppliers in our community We challenge the way we all think about Food & Drink.

This is an exclusive dining event. The Chef's table is a 7-course blind Tasting Menu, composed of the best of the season. These are ring side seats right in front of the Kitchen where you will get to see and experience the stress, pressure and rapid fire execution of how a fast-paced restaurant engine runs. This is not for the faint-hearted, your experience will give you a front row seat to ho it all goes down. Strap in, it's going to be a hell of a ride. Excellent cocktails and very good food served by personable staff. The decor is warm and comfortable. The air, however, was anything but; beware of bar seating on cold nights. The bar is in a straight line to the single door.

Excellent service and atmosphere! The mushroom risotto was a delight, and every cocktail our group tried was a hit 😊 Thank you to all of the staff that made our evening outstanding!

Great restaurant. Food was delicious. I have been a few times now. Love the atmosphere . My short rib was a little dry but the flavor was really good. The service this time was a bit slow . Unfortunately we had to ask our server to come for things she forgot. I would still recommend The Standard.

In Hamilton for work and this restaurant was recommended. Had a fabulous time, food was so incredible, with their own flair . Dr is also unique and delicious. Highly recommend

Had a fantastic birthday brunch for a friend today! The food selection was super! The food was tasty, the coffee was great and the mimosa selection was a nice surprise! Our server, Kate, was so friendly and sweet! We loved our experience and will go back!
