                                                                                    We ate in the Grand Ballroom the the Christmas buffet special. The prime rib was one of the best I've ever had, there were several other choices to choose from as well as a plethora of delicious and healthy sides. The cheesecake was like heaven in every bite. The service was also amazing considering it was Christmas Day and more than likely they had less on hand then normal. We'll definitely eat here again for our annual Christmas dinner.

                                                                                    About as good as going over a friends house who isn’t a very good cook. Prime Rib was dry and flavorless. Soup was bland and beef was tough. Salad was underwhelming. Lots of better places to eat nearby.

                                                                                    The price was fair the food was not good over salted potatoes poached eggs were overcooked for being the only customers that morning it was a big disappointment on top of being sat at a dirty table.                                                                                     We’ve been coming to the Paso Robles Inn for dinner for about 18 years. Over that time they’ve done a lot of updating in their dining room and in the cattleman bar upstairs. Last night‘s dinner was a bit of a disappointment as the service was not what we usually have. I don’t know if it was the day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and problems getting staffing. The waiter did give us a glass of wine to make up for it. Also, my pork chop dinner which was delicious was not very hot. We will be back to see if this just was an unusual day at the restaurant.

                                                                                    Had to send fillet back it was charcoal on the outside. Totally inedible. My short ribs were very dry. Another asked for prime rib end cut and even though it’s supposed to be well done it was beyond well done and should have never been served. My wife’s halibut was over cooked. For the money spent not worth it. Our waiter did the best she could. No complaints about her she did a great job.
