When we arrived, they did not have this booking and were not helpful at all . Also, we have disabled person in our group, and the lift was out of order, and this event was on the 3rd floor

Did not have a good experience Bar staff very slow I had to point out the bottle of gin as she said they didn't have any The lay out needs a rethink food should be on the middle floor not the ground floor where everyone is walking past you looking for a table or watching the TV screens The singer was far to loud aswell could not have a conversation with other people with us in my opinion singer needs to be on another floor as they have 3 floors or on later on in the evening

Food wasnt available so coukdnt say. They didnt have my table saved but we managed to find one. Didnt have a cork screw to open red wine. Staff friendly and nice. A good addition to Sunderland so will try it again. Place looks fab so sure its just a few hiccups with it just opening
