We are a 17th century country pub with rooms. Located in the pretty village of Felmersham, in Bedfordshire - North from London. Come and feel part of our community and experience the best produce Bedfordshire and beyond has to offer.

Fantastic award-winning Sunday roast, left completely stuffed! Cannot fault it, great value, locally sourced, fantastic quality, great service!

Amazing food, so many different flavours and taste, some you wouldn't think too pair. Lovely little pub, great atmosphere and fab staff

Another first class experience. Marvellous ambience, lovely and warm, lighting dim and welcoming, staff friendly, professional, very helpful. Meno was just right, exceptional sourdough bread and home-made tasty butter followed by a delicious Roast Shallot / Cep sauce appetiser, which led to some seared tuna that was served in a watercress / ponzu style we've never tried before but will certainly look out for again - it melted in the mouth and was gone all too soon. Wild Berry Duck confit followed, with pancetta and a raisin puree / cavolo nero. Simply marvellous, bursting with taste, had to restrain myself and chew deliberately slowly to prolong the moment. Finished with Quark Cake and then cheese, all washed down with a supernacular claret . Many thanks to a great team and a sensational product.

We recently moved to the village and we wanted to try out the local pub’s Sunday roast and we were not disappointed. Thankyou.

We loved the Farmers table menu, and it was cooked to perfection! It was original, tasty and a great mix of meat, fish and chicken across the courses. We’ve always had great meals at The Sun, but this was another level and a real treat. The service was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and we love the decor. Thanks for a really lovely evening.

Gorgeous home cooked roast, beautifully presented and plenty for us both. Scrummy pudding too! We appreciated the simple menu, enough choice and all in for 2 courses or 3. The starters were not to our choice but we weren’t going to have 3 courses anyway.
