   I really feel a way about this experience. We arrived early and was seated but a waiter did not show for about 10 minutes. We had questions about the menu and were made to feel we were incompetent. Service was horrible. We ordered bottomless mimosas and were only able to get two because we were abandoned by the server. We had to call someone over each time we needed or wanted something. Overall, we left feeling undervalued and disgusted. Will not recommend this restaurant to anyone I come into contact with.

   There are very few restaurants in my life that are memorable. The table now tops my tiny list. Chef Dan is a true cuisine artist!!.

   Love the food and the atmosphere . Very nice restaurant. Very accommodating us we made our reservation for 4:30 through Open Table. We arrived at that time to find that they open at 5PM . You may want to update the hours online

   The pumpkin chocolate pancakes i had was mediocre And the turkey sausage had an interesting aftertaste.

    LOVED this cozy, comfortable spot! The food, drinks, service, and entire vibe is fantastic! My husband and I shared the homemade burrata appetizer; it was wonderful! Creamy and plentiful with just the right amount of arugula, tomato, yummy basil pesto and balsamic vinaigrette drizzle, (the accompanying fresh, warm garlic bread was an added plus!) For entree, I had the Fall Vegetable & Butternut Squash Risotto with Grilled Salmon - it arrived plentiful, fresh, cooked perfectly and presented beautifully! My husband had the Braise Short Ribs which came over mashed potatoes with try-colored carrots and a fabulous red wine root vegetable sauce; he LOVED it! For dessert he had the Downtown Bread Pudding with vanilla bean ice cream (it is normally served with dulche de leche ice cream topped with a salted caramel sauce - but my hubs is not a caramel fan); I am not a dessert eater, but had a spoonful - and it was FABULOUS!! Next time I am saving room for dessert and ordering this (and I AM a caramel fan!). I noted they have many vegetarian and gluten free options as well. The staff was friendly, fast - but not rushing - and accommodating. This place is owned and operated by Dan Latham who ran The Latham House (downtown JCIty) for a few years. We LOVED that place - so it's no surprise The Table is also above and beyond! Oh - and it has parking across the street!! (they validate on week nights ... weekend parking is always free!)....We look forward to returning to try their handmade pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, bar bites on those not so hungry nights, and their weekend brunch menu looks yummy as well!!
