   As always the ambience and food was great. The service is usually great, especially if you get Jess! I was a little disappointed yesterday as I waited for a drink at the bar for far too long, while one young girl was fulfilling a substantial order, while another girl wipes clean the menus, another one emptied the dishwasher while a further two members of the team chatted to them. The staff need to be More responsive to the needs of the patrons.

   The Terrace restaurant was OK but I wouldn't rush back. There is a fairly limited selection on the menu and although the food was nice, the service could have been better. We ordered vegetables with our Steak but they didn't arrive so had to chase and by the time it was received the rest of our dinner was eaten or would have been cold. It just felt like the service/attention wasn't up to scratch.

   The sharing roast was delicious and plentiful except needs more gravy for 4 people. We were charged for extra gravy even though we were paying £100 for the roast. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Great afternoon.

   Food nice, lovely sitting out on the terrace in the sun, waitress lovely and attentive when with us although they did seem very busy!

   Lovely venue, our waitress was efficient and polite but we were served the wine by someone else who just left the unopened bottle on the table for us. Sunday roast was good but there were not enough vegetables .

   This was my second visit to Sópers! The Food was lovely, followed by some drinks on the terrace in the sun! A lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon x

    Food excellent, service poor, Had to make own way to table, was told that's your table over thete, will be over in a minute Lunch arrived before drinks , drinks were ordered on arrival. When drinks did arrive, they were spilt over table. Asked for bill, Bill arrived and waitress was standing waiting for payment before I even looked at bill.
