My friend and I dined here and the service was great, the view and ambience was great, and the food was very good too. I ordered the short ribs and oysters. My friend and I also ordered the clam chowder which was very disappointing. It didn’t have any flavor. For dessert we had the apple crumble dish which also wasn’t good. It was served at room temperature instead of being hot out of the oven. Our waiter took the dessert off of our bill which I appreciated since we didn’t eat it. I would return despite these things because I really enjoyed the short ribs and my friend said that the halibut was excellent.

Waterfront is a great spot for both seafood and comfort food. The ambiance is welcoming and offers beautiful views, enhancing the dining experience. The service is excellent, making every visit feel special. I recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal with a view!

We were greeted at the door by a very friendly hostess. Out table was perfect. A beautiful view of the bay. Food was great. We had the crab cakes ,calamari, beet salad and a brownie ala mode for dessert. Yummy. Very San Francisco. I would definitely go there again.

Waterfront restaurant is by far one of the best dining experiences for us. From the location on San Francisco Bay to the intimate wood grained interior, to the amazing menu of perfectly cooked seafood to the knowledgeable and friendly staff, Waterfront is an amazing restaurant. Our server Joseph seems to be an ageless member of the waitstaff who ensures that diners never want for anything. Hopefully we will return to San Francisco and when we do, we will dine again at Waterfront!

Very constant quality. No bad surprise with this restaurant mostly focused on seafood and fish. Very pleasant location
