Everything from our appetizers to dessert were delicious! Service was fantastic, and the view was amazing. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

We were slightly late for our reservation but was welcomed graciously. The food was very good and the views are stunning. The restaurant could use some updating but overall a great experience. We will return! :)

Service was excellent, would go back for the service alone. Enjoyed the view and food very much too. More peaceful and relaxing than the nearby places at Pier 39 or the Ferry Building.

I usually never write reviews good or bad, but this was so bad I couldn’t believe it. We got a last minute reservation due to the crowds for NBA ALL star weekend. First, I had to put down a $200 deposit on the reservation that was in 30 minutes, which was insane. We get there and the place is EMPTY!! Maybe 8 other tables were occupied, not even a 1/4 of the restaurant. We ordered the food and all of our meals were completely awful; my clam chowder was so bad that I couldn’t finish it. My husband too got a bowl of clam chowder and we split crab cakes, my kids got a kids pizza and a kids sliders (2 small cheeseburgers), or other child ordered a pizza. The final bill came out to $180!!! We were shocked, they even charged us for the bread at the table. The service was nonexistent, we didn’t see our waiter after he took our order and the ambience was just dead. I was shocked and embarrassed at the food and service, Hope nobody from out of town went there and thought that’s how our food is. Will never go back

The food was fantastic! The service was fine, but I was disappointed that there was no room for customization, which led me to choose a different dish than I originally wanted. Not ideal, but the food was still very good.

Maybe the most disappointing dining experience I’ve had in San Francisco. Such an iconic location and cool building, but the menu was overpriced, not tasty, and small portions.

Great views, but food did not blow me away. There was a hair in my Cesar salad and one of my shrimps was half cooked.
