Executive Chef Hamish Lindsay brings global culinary expertise with a focus on flavors that embody the island’s spirit—think local ingredients reimagined in dishes like the Bermuda Chowder Tortellini and the signature Surf & Turf featuring vanilla-poached Bermuda lobster. Maître D' Barry Cohen, returning with a passion for warm, memorable service, has curated an atmosphere where every visit feels like a celebration, whether a milestone or an everyday escape.

    Food was fabulous, albeit expensive. Drinks were good value. Service was excellent. The dessert menu was not overly enticing for me personally. Overall a great experience.

    With The Waterlot re-opening, we were eager to have a meal there. It was fantastic in every way. The ambiance was wonderful, the servers were obviously very-well trained, and the food was above expectations. We felt welcomed from the moment we set foot in the door, and the entire place felt energized! We are looking forward to our next visit.

    The lounge was inviting and relaxing. The food was amazing. The staff were inviting, obliging and very generous toward our group. They treated us very well! We will definitely be back!

    Food was delicious.. had a few hiccups with our waiter but was rectified by the Female Maitre D’. Overall a great experience and food.
