The Watermans Richmond is an all day Restaurant and Bar in the centre of town, conveniently located on an ancient cobbled street that leads down to the waterfront.

Our food is the best of British ingredients, served with a nod to southern Europe, with favourite dishes ranging from scallop ravioli to fregola, veal chops and day boat fish. We also have vegetarian and vegan options as well as delicious puddings including tiramisu, poached pears and profiteroles.

We have been the site of a Public house for centuries and still offer a selection of draught beers however we have an extensive wine list focusing mostly on classic wines from Europe.

The Restaurant is divided into several areas: luxurious deep leather banquette seating, bar counters perfect for lunches and more casual dining and cosy fireside dining in our upstairs room.

We also have two outside areas, a perfect spot for a drink or bite whilst watching the world go by.

We are located 100 yards from the main bus station in Richmond. The District Line terminates at Richmond station and there are many overground options from Twickenham and Clapham to name but a few. On Twickenham rugby days many ticket holders elect to have lunch in Richmond and walk to the game as it takes only 20 minutes.

Great Venue. Staff are lovely and very attentive. Christmas Buzz at the moment, but have been a number of times and enjoyed the cozy, chilled vibe that this place has. Food is always really great. Great wine selection.

Great place. Service, food and surroundings all lovely. We had a birthday lunch for 6 people and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly.
