The Whitman–an all-new restaurant concept by Bal Harbour Shops, designed exclusively for the Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up. The Whitman name draws inspiration from The Whitman by The Sea– a luxury Miami Beach hotel owned by the Whitman family in the 1940s.
The Whitman brings the iconic dining experience of Bal Harbour Shops to life through its breezy indoor-outdoor space. Evoking a decadent lifestyle of leisure, the palm-framed courtyard retains the idyllic al fresco environment of the Shops. Nice lunch. The only complaint is the crispy chicken was a bit odd using noodles as the crust. It was tasty but a bit too crispy. Interesting concept the employees were very nice to talk too. They travel with the pop up.

We were greeted by our favorite waiter, Luca, who as usual was warm and friendly. On this occasion, he was in a Manager role. Congratulations Luca. Well deserved! We like to start off our dinner by attending the Happy Hour. As usual, the food was delicious, with smooth martinis with exceptional service! We will be back in 2025!

Overall lovely afternoon lunch in the pop up in downtown West Palm Beach. Food was delicious and service was great. We moved tables several times due to the sun and luckily it was quiet so they did not mind. Fun place to sit and watch the people enjoying the pop-up. Was fairly quiet while we were there.

We went on a Sunday before Thanksgiving. Very few tables were occupied. It was a little cool and they had no outside heaters so we ate inside. We were the only table inside. It's not a comfortable place. Not a big menu selection. If you like a smashed burger this might be the place for you. Staff were very nice. Bathrooms were a deluxe port-a-potty. We will not return.
