    Had a cheeseburger. It was not cooked to medium well. It had a red to pink interior.

    Everything was fine except our waitress named Jordon. The worst service ever ! We come in several times a month and I have never had such horrible service. She didn’t even fill our water but I guess why would she since we only saw her to take our order (after we’d been there 10 min in a non busy time by the way) and I had to flag her down to get our bill ! I am in the service industry and first time ever I did not tip at all ! It was such a disappointment. Sure hope our next experience isn’t like that ! We love coming there and I’d hate to have to stop going because of the service ! It really makes a difference in your enjoy ability of a restaurant. UGH

    Good food, great service - even though its usually very crowded they get people in and out pretty quickly. Michael has been our server a few times and he's friendly, personable and efficient. I wish they had better salad options; the sandwiches are pretty large, but the side of fries is small. Always a good variety of music playing, but the noise level can get really loud. It was also really cold in our booth, because the door to the outdoor seating stayed open - in January. It was too cold.
